DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only - excluding major US holidays and weekends.
• UPS delivers all orders shipped within the United States and Canada from Monday to Friday, except for publiAll orders are shipped without Signature Guarantee Service.
• Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
• You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information; we are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• UPS will attempt delivery before returning the package. For an additional fee, you may schedule a delivery intercept, reroute the package, or request redelivery.
• UPS drivers have the discretion not to leave a package on a doorstep if the location is considered unsafe.

• APO,
• FPO,
• Guam,
• Palau,
• Northern Mariana Islands,
• American Samoa
• the Federated States of Micronesia.
