UPS delivers all orders shipped within the United States and Canada from Monday to Friday, except for publiAll orders are shipped without Signature Guarantee Service.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information; we are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, Guam, Palau, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and the Federated States of Micronesia.

UPS will attempt delivery before returning the package. For an additional fee, you may schedule a delivery intercept, reroute the package, or request redelivery.
