Accepted payment methods
We offer the following payment methods in the agnès b. online shop for your convenience:
CREDIT CARD.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Just select Credit card during checkout.
Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped.
PAYPAL.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please keep this for your records.
Currency. - All transactions are processed in Euro (EUR - €) on the www.agnesb.com/en-eu. Please note that if you are making a purchase from outside the Eurozone, your bank may charge you a conversion fee.
If the transaction is not approved, your order will be canceled.
If your payment method was declined, you may have entered your information incorrectly or there may be other issues with the card like a passed expiration date or insufficient funds. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information if you continue to experience difficulties with your payment.
