HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Return in store

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by bringing it to the store of your choice. Our teams will take care of creating your return and your refund will be processed automatically and will be visible within 3 days. Make sure that the items are in the same condition in which you received them, including all tags.


Return by mail

1.  Go to "My account," an icon on the top right of your screen.

2.  Enter your email address and password.

3.  Click "Login."

4.  Go to "Order history" and locate the order number you wish to return.

5.  Click "View order detail."

6.  Click "Return Item(s)."

7.  Click a small check box next to the item(s) you wish to return

8.  Select the Reason for return.

9.  Clicking "Proceed to return" will take you to the Return confirmation page.

10. Click "Download the return label" for a prepaid UPS return label.

11. Drop off the return package at your nearest UPS drop-off location (https://www.ups.com/dropoff/)
