DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders are processed Monday - Friday only - excluding major French public holidays and weekends.
- Please note all orders are prepared and shipped from France.
- Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval.
- During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
- You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our French distribution center.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information; we are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping options
You have two main delivery options to suit your needs: Colissimo Standard and Chronopost Express.
- Colissimo Standard | 3 to 7 days: This is a reliable and cost-effective option for standard delivery across Europe. Delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. The cost of Colissimo Standard is calculated at checkout based on your country of delivery, with free shipping sometimes available for orders over a certain amount or during special promotions.
- Chronopost Express | 1 to 3 days: If you need your order sooner, Chronopost Express offers faster delivery times, typically within 1 to 3 working days. This option is ideal for urgent purchases, but please note it comes at a higher cost, which will be clearly displayed at checkout depending on your location.
Both delivery options allow you to track your order, and all charges are transparently shown before you complete your purchase, giving you the flexibility to choose the option that works best for you.
Great news! If your order exceeds 250 €, you'll enjoy free Colissimo home delivery. This allows you to choose the most convenient and cost-effective delivery option, whether you'd prefer to pick up your order at a nearby location or have it delivered straight to your door—at no extra charge!

Sales Taxes and Duties
When ordering from agnès b. for delivery within Europe, the price includes VAT (Value Added Tax) based on the delivery country’s rate. However, please be aware that for certain European countries, such as Norway and Switzerland, additional charges may apply.
- Norway: While VAT is included in the price at checkout, Norwegian customs may impose additional import duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees are not calculated at checkout and will be charged separately by the delivery carrier.
- Switzerland: Similarly, Swiss orders may incur additional customs duties and VAT charges upon arrival. These extra costs are not included in the purchase price and are billed by Swiss customs or the courier.
In both cases, these additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For specific details on these potential extra costs, we recommend contacting local customs authorities or our customer service team for guidance.
Click and Collect
agnès b. offers you the possibility to pick up for free in any boutique in France the items you ordered online.
During the checkout process select "Click & collect" and choose which boutique you would like to have your order delivered to. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up in boutique.
In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:
- A valid ID
- The shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).
If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring:
- A copy of your valid ID
- A valid ID of the person collecting
- The shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device)
- Letter of authorisation.
If the item is not picked up within 10 days of delivery to the boutique, the order will be returned and we will issue a refund.
