Each secure transaction is executed by our payment provider, Adyen. Your payment data is crypted and directly sent to Adyen’s servor, so that we do not receive neither store any of your information.

If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this. Your credit card is debited when your order is dispatched. You will be able to see this charge on your account at the latest 48 hours after your order is sent out. When is my card charged?

Your card is charged once your order is shipped. If an item is sold out, it will be deducted from the total amount.

What is 3D secure?

It is secure online payment service available for Visa and MasterCard cards. After entering your payment information, a window is opening: your bank will ask you to verify your identity by entering an authentication code. In most cases, this is a single-use security code that is sent to you by SMS on your mobile phone. Enter this code to validate your payment. Please contact your bank for complete information on this service.

Why did my payment fail?

If your payment failed, please contact your bank to check everything is ok with your account and that you did not reach your spending limit.

How to pay in 3 times?

With 3x Oney, our partner Oney Bank allows you to pay for your purchases between €150 and €3000 in 3 instalments using your card.

Conditions: This offer is only available to individuals (over the age of majority) who live in France and have a Visa card and MasterCard with a validity date exceeding the credit term chosen. Prepaid cards like Electron, Maestro, Nickel etc… as well as e-cards, Indigo cards and American Express cards are not accepted.

How to sign up: Once you have completed your order, just click on the "pay by card using 3x Oney” button.

You will then be redirected to our partner's 3x Oney web page which will show a detailed summary of your order and the personal credit request, which you then need to confirm.

Enter your personal information or, if you have a 3x Oney account, sign in with the login credentials linked to your 3x Oney account. Read the terms and conditions for the payment in instalments you’d like to use, which are provided to you in PDF format so you can read, print and save them before accepting them. Then confirm your electronic acceptance by ticking the box.

By “double-clicking" and ticking the box to accept the terms and conditions, you agree to enter into a contract and irrevocably and unreservedly accept the terms and conditions of the product.

Unless there is evidence to the contrary, data recorded by Oney Bank comprises evidence of all transactions between you and Oney Bank.

If you apply for an Oney Bank credit product, the information relating to your order will be transmitted to Oney Bank, which will use it to review your credit application and manage and collect credit.

Oney Bank reserves the right to accept or refuse your 3x Oney application. You have a withdrawal period of 14 days in which you can decline your credit.

How it works: By using this card payment product, you can pay for your order on our retail website as follows:

- a compulsory contribution, charged on the day of dispatch confirmation;

- two monthly payments, each corresponding to a quarter of the order, taken 30 and 60 days later. These payments include a fee of 1.45% of the total order amount for 3x (up to a maximum of €15 for a 3x payment).

Example: For a purchase of €150, a contribution of €52.18 then 2 monthly payments of €50.

2 months’ credit at a fixed APR of 19.31%. Cost: €2.18 up to a maximum of €15.
