Agnès shares with us one of her favourite recipes: Constantin's red wine tomato sauce.
Shopping list:
- 1 can tomato concentrate
- 3 sweet onions
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 glass of water
- 2 bay leaves
Cook the onions in the olive oil for 15 minutes. Add the tomato concentrate and the red wine along with the bay leaves. Cook for 20 minutes, adding a bit of water if it gets too thick.
Simple as that!
