If the buyer is not completely satisfied with their online purchase, they can return it for a refund.

All items must be received by agnès b. within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date. After fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, all items become a final sale. agnès b. will only accept new, unwashed products with original labels intact.

Final sale items cannot be returned.

The swimwear and lingerie are final sale. When returning footwear, do not use your shoebox as your shipping box.

Items purchased at a 50% or more discount are Final Sale and, therefore, not eligible for return.

Items purchased previously are ineligible for price adjustments.

Upon fulfillment of the above conditions, agnès b. will reimburse the amounts paid by the buyer within thirty (30) days starting from the date of reception of the package by agnès b.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Return by mail

1.  Go to "My account," an icon on the top right of your screen.

2.  Enter your email address and password.

3.  Click "Login."

4.  Go to "Order history" and locate the order number you wish to return.

5.  Click "View order detail."

6.  Click "Return Item(s)."

7.  Click a small check box next to the item(s) you wish to return

8.  Select the Reason for return.

9.  Clicking "Proceed to return" will take you to the Return confirmation page.

10. Click "Download the return label" for a prepaid UPS return label.

11. Drop off the return package at your nearest UPS drop-off location (https://www.ups.com/dropoff/)

Orders delivered in the USA: Returns are complimentary. Please ensure the merchandise is securely packed and sealed in its original packaging.

Orders delivered in Canada: customers are responsible for covering shipping, taxes, and customs costs. Please note that agnès b. reserves the right to refuse acceptance of return packages that may involve customs and tax charges upon delivery. Please pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package and ship the return using a carrier of your choice. We recommend insuring the package at full retail value (agnès b. is not liable for lost packages) and retain your tracking number for reference.
