Agnès shares with us her favourite recipes: today, lamb stir-fry.
(for 6 people)
- 1 kilo lamb (top rib, collar or shoulder)
- 100g butter
- 3 onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary (no more)
- 1 kilo Mona Lisa potatoes
- 1 kilo turnips
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 7 tablespoons flour
Brown onions, set aside.
Gently brown meat in butter (approx. 20 minutes).
Add 7 heaped tablespoons of flour to form a brown roux (wait until it browns).
Moisten with half a liter of water and stir quickly.
The sauce that forms is a little runny, but the potatoes and turnips will thicken it.
Season with salt and pepper.
