Agnès shares with us her favourite recipes: salade niçoise.

The TRUE Salade Niçoise

- few salad leaves
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- radishes, sliced
- slices of 2 firm tomatoes
- thin slices of green peppers,
yellow, red (not too much!)
- crumbled tuna in oil
- 4 anchovy fillets
- spring onions cut into thin slices
(or chives)
- Nice (the French city) olives (black)
- olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, pepper
- some flat-leaf parsley
