At agnès b., careers last and evolve with the life of the company. The secret? Harmony.

"There were three of us when we opened the shop on rue du Jour in 1976. Then 12, then it grew. There are several hundreds of us today. But I've always been keen to maintain a healthy and friendly atmosphere. I'm very fond of this atmosphere, and I like it when we manage to untie knots. How do you do it? You get on board, as my father used to say. You have to know what's wrong. Everyone has their own personal life, their worries... I try to be as accessible as possible, people know they can talk to me.

The English have this phrase « Looking for harmony », which I love. Mothers have had their Wednesdays off since the very beginning, or almost. I've had five children, I know what it's like. Many people stay and grow in the company. Louis-Gabriel, a salesman in the rue du Jour shop, we knew him as a child, for example. His mother worked in the warehouse during the early years of the brand."
